Thanks, Jane, for the info. It really made me think twice about my
curls. And you are right about the chemical damage to your hair when
you perm, straighten, color and etc. I need to steer clear of all
that and get my hair onto it's natural recovery. I just hope it
doesn't take FOREVER! :)

So, in your opinion...should I continue to use Henna on my hair or
just forget about putting ANYTHING on my hair for now. Do you think
Henna HELPS strengthens and makes hair healthier and your hair
benefits from it?
