(sorry, pushed the button too early..) i think it's a very good idea to first try this with only a small amount of indigo, because my precious stuff got spoiled completey - i was too impatient to test a sample first, my fault ;) uh, i hadn't actually thought about the problem that gelling a henna mixed with indigo might be. I hadn't included indigo in my first henna mix (which i usually do). Somehow i forgot, or didn't find it necessary, as i wanted to indigo afterwards anyway. I'd be very interested in hearing about your test results! Somehow - in the same line as Debras posting - i suspect there might not be a problem at all, as the indigo sort of seems to get absorbed by the henna or something. I'm no chemist, sorry... elektra
