henna and pre lightened hair?

is it safe to use henna on pre lightened hair? because ive usedhenna loads of times before but i have dark brown hair and a couple
of months ago i had streaks of my hair lightened which have now
turned a brassy colour and i want to cover it but will it make the
hair turn a funny colour? plz help
