I've just hennaed a couple of friends who had dyed their hairpreviously. K had dyed it 6 months earlier, J three months earlier
(but we did the strand test at 2 months and that was fine). Check out
the Mixes section, in particular the hair table I created, where you
can skim through to see who has hennaed over chemically dyed hair.
The important thing is to use good quality henna, with NO metallic
salts added. And ALWAYS strand test first.
