Henna questions (2)

I have been henna-ing my hair for over a year now and loving it!:)My
question is...(1)Does adding the lemon juice make the color in henna
brighter? or what? I mix auburn and red (Light Mountain) together and
get great results but wonder if also the lemon juice makes it
brighter as I asked. (2) What is the best shampoo on the market for
washing hennaed hair? I use tresama. (I want the color to stay in
longer.) Thanks..hope I dont sound scrambled. :)
