Henna is a translucent stain. You'll get highlights, and the curl may loosen up and your hair may be silkier. If you put black cloth into red dye, you don't get red cloth, you get red highlights on the black. The turmeric and paprika aren't going to help. If you want a lighter, drastically different color, you'll have to strip your hair first. And .... that's back to chemicals.
