There's no such thing as 'neautral henna'. Henna will add colour to
your hair.
Some companies call Cassia Obovata (Senna) 'Neutral Henna'. Neutral
henna is not made by bleaching henna leaves!
If what you've got is indeed Lawsonia Alba, it appears you have
henna, which will add red/orange colour to your hair.

I'd be extremely wary of using anything from a company whos
employees seem to have no idea what they're talking about!
