Yup, I used Manic Panic in my bleached streaks - there are pix in
the mixes section, Tracey's Mix 2. The bits I coloured were an
almost white, yellowish-orange, not completely bleached of colour,
and it still came out accurate to the colour swatch at the pharmacy.
I guess if you're going for a fairly bright colour, it will come out
accurate even if your hair isn't completely white to start with, and
it does actually help condition your hair a bit. I found it faded
