Covering sideburns

Does anyone have any hints for keeping the sideburn area covered with
plastic wrap?

I can't seem to cover the grey hairs in my sideburn area. I slop them
with henna but the wrap slides up over time (my glasses don't help)
and the henna dries up and doesn't take in that area. It seems a
shower cap would be even worse with the elastic sliding up and I don't
think I could bare keeping my ears covered over for 4 plus hours.

Any hints for Heloise?
