Dear Heloise :)
I do use a shower cap to henna and it works great, it keeps all the
hair inside, and I just stick it behind my ears. It doesnt push
against my ears making them stick out, or cause any discomfort like
you would think at all. I just use the cheap kind you can get in the
drug store 3 for a dollar type. Maybe they are made with a bit
lighter fabric so there is no discomfort. Then in the shower I just
peel it off, wash it and let hang to dry. Hope this helps,
