Is henna safe for preggo mommas?

I've henna'd a few pregnant bellies, but nothing too elaborate or
intensive. I assume it's safe to henna a pregnant mom's hair too...
does anyone know with any kind of certainty if it's safe? (Indigo
and Cassia either??)
