The lj wouldn't hurt her hair, it's her scalp I'm concerned with. It can be pretty harsh on the scalp if you have sensitive skin, and I'm worried that it would hurt her scalp and make more hair fall out. While more acid is ideal, in situations like this it's not going to be as beneficial to have henna that releases its dye quickly. With An only slightly acidic liquid it will take longer for the henna to release its dye, but it will still go...eventually...
