This is : obviously from me not getting every area of my hair covered. So, I : need some techniques from any of you who wish to help me out. : : I henna alone and my hubby will not assist me and really that's good : becuase the couple of times I made him help were not worth the : trouble. ;>) : : I also have waist length hair and the longer it's gotten the more : difficult it has been to get proper coverage. Once I put the henna : on my hair I really can't move the hair around much - maybe my mix : is too thick? : : Thanks for any advice! Jade Your mix might be too thick. I had trouble with the same (also waist length) a few months back, but thinning out my mix helped a lot. Also, you might benefit from sectioning your hair before you start to henna. You could do it in rows, little squares, or whatever takes your fancy, just create workable areas of hair and tie them up separately with rubberbands/ponybands/hairclips/whatever. Then start at the top or bottom (personal preference, I like the top better) and work the henna through one section at a time. When you're done you should have completely coated hair, so put it up and cover however you normally do. Hope it helps!
