multiple application question

Hello,A month ago I hennaed my dark blonde/light brown hair with body-art quality henna.
It turned a fantastic copper. Like a dark orange. Which is exactly what I wanted. Now I
want to henna again because of my roots. But I don't want the color to change. I'm afraid if
I henna my whole head the color will turn darker and redder. Which I don't want. Will this
happen? Should I go through the pain and suffering of just hennaing my roots? Any advice
will be appreciated. Thanks
