Like a dark orange. Which is exactly what I wanted. Now I : want to henna again because of my roots. But I don't want the color to change. I'm afraid if : I henna my whole head the color will turn darker and redder. Which I don't want. Will this : happen? Should I go through the pain and suffering of just hennaing my roots? Any advice : will be appreciated. Thanks Try mixing senna with the henna. Senna (Cassia obovata) soaks into and binds with hair like henna, but it's pale yellow if anything. Your hair probably will turn darker if you henna it again; I've had it take four applications to get fully dark (most of mine is dark to begin with, but I have some gray). If you henna and senna it four times, it will be saturated, but only part of the dye will be henna, so it will be lighter.
