1st time and need advice

Hi there
I am a middle aged woman from England
i have just purchased my first henna product from Natures Store. The
Henna is a produce of Egypt. The last time i dyed my hair was about
a month ago using a naturetint from my health shop.
My hair at the moment is a reddish-brown and wondered if it would be
worth my while dying my hair with Henna now or is it too soon after
putting the dye on it from the shop.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
