I believe some of the fading problems with the "not body art quality100% pure henna" come because they're adding other dyes or metallic
salts which sit ON the hair instead of binding with the keratin, as
henna does (and indigo does also, but not quite as well).
I"m going to try to take a break this evening from the monster
certification project going on next door and work ...... and work on
the page of those ingredient lists from other manufacturers ... and
try to slip some of the hair henna samples under the "scope".
I bet that will tell us some of what's going on.
