Is this ok?!?!?!

HI,
I have bee colouring my hair with henna for about a year now. I
usually by it by the cube from LUSH (amazing handmade natural
products) but I found it too time consuming. I just bought Colora
henna cream. I was wondering if this product is actually 100%
natural colour as it says. The Ingredients are as follows:

Water, Natural Henna Extract, Alcohol, Cocoamphopropionate,
Polysorbate 20, Propylene Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose.

May also contain: Solvent Black 5, Disperse Blue 1, Basic Violet 14,
Basic Yellow 15.

Please let me know if this is safe and non-hair damaging henna.
