I remember Catherine being asked about dye release and freezing
before. she said that the henna does not have any significant dye
release after freezing and thawing, so to be sure the dye release had
occurred before freezing and to use fairly rapidly after thawing.

I agree with most of your movie choices...SiL-dreadful, V/V-fabulous,
PQotD-much better than I had anticipated (Elrond in drag!! lol),
MR-not a fan myself, and as already stated FarScape-BEST hehehehe!! I
also find any of the LOTR good for the slightly longer henna session.
But of all these, I must agree PotC is an absolute. It's been proven
3 out of 4 hennaheads agree...Pirates of the Carribean is the go to
movie for session timing! LOL
