Thanks for the link - I had found iron being classified as a heavy
metal somewhere, which surprised me because I didn't think it was. So
it turns out to be a matter of definition - in the info in your link
there are chemical definiations that do include Fe in the group of
heavy metals, but this has nothing to do with toxicity.

In any case I do know the human body needs iron, I was more concerned
about it forming compounds that may be toxic. Who knows. There is so
much going on in a henna mix anyway ;-)
