henna and indigo - help...

i am conducting an experiment with henna and indigo and would be
grateful for any input. i hennad over previously tri colored
chemically treated hair, and the result was tricolored as well. very
cool, but now i need to even it out, as it's not so pretty with the
ingrowth. my idea is to indigo over the really light orange streaks
to match the rest. i am planning to henna the whole thing again as
well. i have never worked with indigo before. do i add the indigo
to my henna mix that i have left over from last time? or do i indigo
pre or post henna? .... p.s. i tried to post this message once
before, but i don't know what happened to it, so i appologize in
advance if this message is repeated..... tia
