i don't have thinning hair, but i did have extremely almost
unsalvagable hair ravaged by the effects of chemical dyes and
bleach. since henna (3 times now), my hair has been transformed. my
hair has gone from see-through hay, to shiney and thick. it is
amazing. someone actually stopped me in a store last week and
said "ooh pretty hair". now that hasn't happened to me in YEARS!
the color is beautiful, and the texture, while still in the process
of repairing, is a million times thicker and healthier. also, i've
been treating it with essential oils to help with the thickness.
here's a blend i make: rosemary, lavender, and jojoba with a touch of
coconut. i leave the blend in overnight and wash the next day. make
sure you are prepared to have oily-looking hair the next day, as it
may not wash out in one go (especially with the coconut)(hail to the
ponytail). you can also apply this concoction to the ends only for
shine and health, but rosemary in particular is said to promote hair
growth, so is good on scalp. just test a portion of scalp for
reaction. also, i would recommend taking nettles in capsule form for
the same reason. all of these can be found in your natural foods
store. all in all i highly recommend henna and am truly grateful to
have found this website!

: : noticed more hair growth, less frizz, stronger, healthier looking
