Bleaching hair after Henna

I have Ash Brown hair, untreated, and want to put on Gold Brown
powder Henna colour...however, in the summer I want to bleach my hair
all blonde and am wondering how long I have to wait until the henna
is gone and it is safe to bleach? I have recently grown my hair out
over 3 years to it's natural colour (for the first time in 15 years)
for the sole purpose of going blonde again on VIRGIN hair. But! I am
really, really tempted by Henna and hope it will put a red tint on my
hair for the rest of the winter season.
Can someone let me know if it is worth trying the Henna, or will I
have to grow my hair out again to get that virgin bleach colour I
want?
ps. If the Henna makes my hair look REALLY good, I won't be going
blonde at all...since I would prefer the natural henna to convential
bleaching processes.
