Question::

Is it 'ok' to use fragrance oils instead of essential oils? I
wouldn't see why it wouldn't be 'ok' since the FOs can be used in
soaps and shampoos...but thought I'd ask anyhow. And what about
adding them to the henna mix itself? I seem to recall 'hearing'
someone say they put EOs in their henna mix to tone down the
haystack smell. Would FOs be ok there or not?

*I have a few FOs hanging around from my soap making, but no EOs at
the moment*
