As far as liquid pectin goes - it's just as good as the powdered form. And if the Certo is
the same Certo that I get in Sweden you'll have no problems at all (that's what I used last
time). There should be some instructions on the bottle on how much pectin is needed to
make jelly (that's what I use as my guideline) - that amount of pectin to the given amount
of liquid (although I never use as much sugar as stated on those guidelines - I may drop a
tablespoon or two in there to help the pectin do it's work and make the gel slightly
stickier).
