For most of us this is a trial and error thing, experimenting to try
and find just the right mix for "us". I once mixed beet juice with
indigo hoping to get a true black, but what I got was a very dark
brown. Now the only thing I put in Indigo is essential oils for
scent, if that. By the way, I have a juicer, so I juiced my beets.
As far as I know fresh beet juice is not very acidic.
