Henna shades

Hi. I am thinking about dyeing my hair with henna but there is
something that I don't understand:

I do understand that mixing different things in can affect the
color, as will adding indigo, but it seems that people are talking
about different colors of NATURAL henna without additives, like more
orange this or more burgundy that. Does pure henna range in color?
