I have a question. Has anyone else had a problem with : indigo not "sticking" to their hair? : I'm looking for blue-black hair, but I very much want to do it with : henna (my hair is a little on the thin side, and I like the : thickening/conditioning aspects of henna). Indigo, though, just : doesn't "stick" to my hair, even the top-quality stuff. I have very : resistant light-brown-grey mousy hair. : I'm considering mixing the red henna paste with a dark blue Manic : Panic or Punky Color hair dye for the black effect... Do you folks : think this might work? : I've also heard of chemical reactions that turn henna black... what : are they? I'll try them! : --G You shouldn't mix anything with manic panic--they're very adamant about it on all their packaging and website. The problem, like you said, is that your hair is dye resistant. Perhaps the two-step henna/indigo process with the indigo on as long as you can stand?
