How to get dark brown hair while covering gray?

Hello there,

I am Asian with black hair getting grey.It has been chemically
treated and I want to stop it once for all. I would like to know
exactly what ingredients to use/add in henna to:
1)Cover the silver-gray
2)Get an over all dark deep brown shade (not blue black)
3)Avoid the flaming orange.
I would really appreciate some advice on this.
