Thanks for the input, I was commenting quite quickly and didn't write
all that I should have. I too have heard that the general population
is deficient, as you said - mostly due to the choices in fooe - way
too much junk food! I mearly meant to point out veges. simply
because the original poster mentioned she was a vegetarian - I wasn't
comparing all of the population - that would have taken way too
long. (smiles).
