Differences in Types of Amla?

Sorry to ask another Amla question Catherine, but I am curious about
what the difference is between Eclipta Amla and Emblica
Officinalis . I was researching amla and it's properties pertaining
to hair and found this about how Eclipta Amla is used to keep the
hair dark. I am curios if these are different plants and if so do
they share alot of the same properties? Would the Eclipta Amla work
better to darken hair? Here is one of the sites I was reading on.

I realize this is a retailer , but this one had the most "too the
point" descriptions on the plant. I found the same info on other
sites, just more wordy descriptions. Thanks.
