few questions, still undecided, help!Posted by izumi. on January 21, 2004 at 13:53:35: I seem to have been faffing round for quite some time over whetherto actually try and use henna on my hair, and everytime I get close I keep coming up with more perhaps inane questions. My hair is a rather bright shade of orange, is very thick and coarse, and quite wavy.I'm growing it out though and it's probably just about equal to the bottom of my ears. Since it's so thick and dry, I've either been using ceramic straighterers or a wave-defining cream to make it manageable, but I realise that either or both of these may react badly with the henna. If so, is the henna likely to make it more manageable/softer anyway or will it just make it even larger? (unfortunately not something i can check with a strand test) And is the heat from straighteners likely to bring out one of those nasty green colours? ~izumi
