Questions that REALLY NEED a response to quick!

I used Henna on my hair in May and June of this year 2004. My
questions
are:

1.) If I want to get my hair straightened by my hair stylist, how
long
do I have to wait to get it done? Would I be able to get it done in
March of 2005?

2.) Will I be able to go swimming in a swimming pool anytime soon
without worring about my hair turning a different color? (my hair
color now
is brown with red highlights).

3.) Is there any way a hair dresser can strip the Henna from your
hair
without your hair being ruined?
