perhaps a honey brown?

I have light ash hair with LOTS of white. I hennaed my hair in the
past with body quality henna (twice) and it came out bozo orange in
the front and light auburn in the back. I was in trouble, people
were pointing at me in stores. I then used light mountain "light
brown" and that toned me down. It took two years, but I've got my
old color back and grown out again. But, you know what... Those
pictures of me with red hair keep calling to me and saying "it may
be too dark, but its better than gray!". Does anyone want to give
me advice on how henna could make me more beautiful?
I guess my question is... Is there a way to get a NICE color
from henna that isn't DARK, and yet doesn't make you think of a
clown either?
