A Plethora of Cassia Obovata Questions

Hi everyone!

I am considering using some cassia from Catherine's site to
condition, etc my hair. I have quite a few questions though, I was
wondering if you could help me.

-If you keep applying it several times, will you hair get even more
conditioned, and thicker? If so, how long would one have to wait in
between applications?

-How much to use for collar-bone length, fine hair? Can I use pectin
to gel it? (anyone have any experience doing so?) How much less would
I have to use in that case?

-How long should I keep it on for super maximo amazingness? Should I
go out in the sun for extra heat? Do the results improve with heat?

-Can I add essential oils for scent, or will that negatively affect
the outcome, however slightly? Are there any essential oils I can add
that will itself help condition/give body/shine?

-What other things can I add for conditioning (like egg, or olive
oil?) Will adding things negatively effect the cassia's conditioning
etc properties. If oil is recommended, what is best (olive, coconut,
engine?)

-Is cassia equal, better or worse at conditiong, shining,
strenghtening, giving body, helping with scalp etc as henna (henna's
colour aside).

-I have dark dirty blond hair, which gets lighter with alot of sun. I
would like to get it blonder, naturally, with a natural, sun-
highlighted result. Alas, the sun takes forever, and I work indoors
in the day *sigh*. In the experience of this forum, what is the best
way to do this. Lemon juice in hair, under sun, or camomile rinses
(and exactly how does one do that?), or tumeric (though I hear this
is yellowy, and I don't want it to look fake), or anything else?
Should I mess with peroxide, or peroxide and lemon?

Also, if I use the cassia, will the sun and all the rest above work
AFTER? or does it coat and protect the hair, so that these things
will not work as well? Or should I add them DURING, for hair blonding?

-Can I use cassia, and then henna a bit later, if I wanted? (this is
incase I do decide to go red afterall) Is there any amount of time I
should wait in between? Does the cassia make the henna dye hair
differently (darker or lighter, slower or faster). Can I apply cassia
AFTER hennaing, and how long should I wait, and would it make my hair
any nicer?

-If I should do the big nasty and hightlight/colour my hair whatever
at the salon (no, I probably won't), will the cassia interaction do
weird stuff? If so, how long should I wait?

-My last question is a bit of a science lesson. How does henna and/or
cassia dye (or condition-with cassia) the hair. Does it coat, does it
enter the hair, does it smooth down the scales of the hair, does it
make it fatter from inside? I'm curious.

Ok, that's all the questions I can remember thinking *L* Sorry about
how long it is, but hopefully, now that Catherine is selling the
stuff, this will adress any questions that might arise, and be a
resource for others! Thank you so much for all your help!
